Further to our commitment to transparency in everything we do, and sharing of practice for learning, we’re publishing our Marketing and Communications Action Plan for 2018-2019. This action plan complements and supports the SCSN Business Plan for 2018-19, providing measurable outputs that we will use as evidence of how we are informing, engaging, influencing and championing championing work in the community safety sector.

Within the plan, we cover why we use newsletters and in particular social media, emphasising the benefits of not only sharing and promoting the work of our partners, but also of building an organisational narrative for SCSN. We believe that this communications work is the business of everybody in an organisation!
