Come and join us for an empowering, powerful and life-affirming evening.

Every two hours, a man in the UK takes his own life. Those who survive a suicide attempt often face stigma and blame. ‘A Little While Longer’ is a short documentary that follows three male suicide attempt survivors, coming together on the Isle of Arran for three days, to share their stories of struggle, survival and resilience.Supported by the See Me Scotland Anti-Stigma Fund and created by filmmakers Tom van den Hurk, a suicide attempt survivor himself, and Dr Isa Rao, a cognitive neuroscientist, ‘A Little While Longer’ is a wake-up call to break the silence and end the stigma surrounding suicide.

At The Joshua Nolan Foundation we provide 1:1 Counselling for those at risk of suicide and those who have been bereaved of suicide. We also offer group therapy.

Both these services funded and happen without the wait list!
