Partnership working is core to the work of the sector. This course will support reflection on current partnership working governance arrangements. We will look at a variety of partnership structures and associated responsibilities to learn from current practice.
We will review local practice, using the partnership working cycle, to support the development of local partnership improvement plans; and consider the leadership skills required to drive partnership working and how we engage communities in partnership.
